

Bridging Programme for unskilled young people
Thuto Pele Bridging Programme helps young people who did not complete high school and those who are finished it but did not get accepted at tertiary institutions, to be trained for National skill certificate for free for a 3 months, six months or to a year depending on the resources available at our disposal for each programme. This will help most of young people to have necessary skills and be able to be employable.
These programmes will include but not limited to:

Welding skills
Our youth receives training in these relevant courses in order enables them to get employment or enter the world of work as an entrepreneurship. After completion of their particular course the students are rewarded with a Certificate. This enables them to actively look for employment placement and opportunities
The organization will engage the higher education department and the relevant SETAs on how to properly manage and provide these skills.
